General Dogs Body! I own the place and that means that I do everything from putting the vaccum round to selling to large trade customers. Whatever needs doing Im prepared to roll my sleeves up and do it! My main role is what I enjoy most and thats Sales and Marketing. I really enjoy my work and the team that I have to work with as they are a great bunch of people.

The most exciting thing is how far we have come in such a short space of time and this inspires me because who knows where we can get too! Last year saw the birth of my baby boy and we are just about to move into a new family home it is my family and my own personal pride that motivates me to succeed.

My passions outside of Proppa are my family, Motorsports and Porsches!

My dream vehicle is a Classic Porsche 993 Turbo 'S' and incredible 500bhp sports car and practically depreciation proof!

People have always called me 'Weave' based on my surname, they may have a few names for me in the office when im not around but you would have to ask them.

Ayrton Senna was a massive inspiration to me when I was younger as I love Motorsport and Formula 1 and he was so dedicated to his sport and country. He was an incredible athelete and raised so much money for charity and highlighted many issues in his home country. My Dad has always been very inspirational and I have always admired any self made millionaire.

Wishes? My first would be for unlimited amount of wishes! If that was not allowed my first wish would be for all my family to live happily to old age! A Porsche 993 Turbo 'S' and 3rdly someone to run Proppa better than me so I can have some time off!

Why was the washing machine laughing? Because it was taking the piss out of the pants!

Proppa.com is different because it is actually run by staff that care about the business and its customers. We are all under 30 years of age and see our futures developing with and around the company so we all do what is right and what is needed to be done. The office has a fantastic atmosphere and you cant buy that!

Who knows what the future holds? We plan to expand the range of products we sell and develop Proppa as a brand name in different markets. We will also look to buy other businesses and bring them under the Proppa umbrella! Exciting times!

Proppa is an amazing company to work for! The best office job ive ever had and that is why i drive 83miles a day to get to work and back. I love all the guys at proppa and we have a real laugh as well as working extremely hard. The thing that most excites me is that one day Proppa will be so big I will only have to work 2 days a week woohoo!!

My favourite pastime is walking chilli (my Jack Russell) in my local woods with Rich (My husband to be!!!). Also love eating out, Chinese is my favourite followed closely by Indian anything non healthy will do. Camping is great when the British weather allows for it.

Mazda MX5 is my favourite vehicle bit girly I know but love my car and wouldn't change it for all the cars in Japan.

Main role is postman, process on-line and manual orders get what we have in stock out the door to customers asap. Pretty important role cos if the customer doesn't get it i get it in the neck off everyone! I try to sell as much as possible and quite enjoy this as it helps build the company bigger. Make agreat cup of Tea but rarely can be arsed!

I don't get excited about much, only really things involving motorbike racing and bike riding in general.

As above anything involving bikes, I ride a Kawasaki z750 2004 and absolutely love it. I follow MotoGp and go to as many British Superbikes rounds as possible. Keen amateur photographer see the Proppa-extra gallery for some of my pics. I play cricket occasionally when its not raining for The Lenches Cricket Club which is a great laugh.

Wouldn't really want a car but for when its really bad weather I'd like to own an Aston Martin DB7 Vanquish. Bikes which i am going to own include a Ducati 996 'Foggy Rep', Ducati Desmodici, Husquvana 510 Supermoto, some form of track day bike for serious speed abuse + many more.

We are all young and committed, we want to provide great products at good prices with the best service in the business. We don't limit ourselves to one market we want to grow and expand the business in to many markets that we all have interests in and in turn this makes us work better because we love what we sell.

My main job roll is to deal with sales enquiries and also purchasing stock. when i first started my main job roll was to add products to the website as i didn't want to do sales but now i really enjoy talking to customers and getting them the items they really want. My key focus is always on the customer as I have come from a customer service background.

The thing that motivates me the most is how quickly we are growing and how proud my manager is of me from how far I have come in such a short time. I really enjoy my job unlike other jobs i have had in the past. Proppa is a great place to work and i am learning more and more everyday taking on new roles which excites me.

My main passion is motor sport mainly motocross I love to ride when i get the time and also enjoy watching any motor sports live or on the telly. I really enjoy my cricket and captain the pub team in my area, I have also just started playing the guitar.

Im not to fussed on what vehicle I drive as long as it gets me from A-B, but if money was no object i would have to have a Ferrari spider!

My nickname is Whit which comes from my surname Whitfield. I have been called this since school.

The person I look up to mostly at the moment is my Boss, Adam. He inspires me in many ways I have known Adam since I was a kid and he has always has had great ideas and is very motivational.

Proppa is different because all the staff are good friends and all work towards the same goals and we base our efforts on customer satisfaction and not just making money like other companies, and if we are out of stock on a item we will try our hardest to find one form somewhere else in order to keep our
customers happy.

I hope to be at proppa for the rest of my life I am happy in my job role and can see me developing my career and climbing up the ladder and hopefully running the place in a few years time.

I’ve been working at Proppa for just over three months now and it’s fantastic to be under the Proppa banner. I’m in Admin and Accounts currently as a trainee, I really enjoy working with a great team and theres always more to learn from them and the customers.

I’m really excited to see Proppa expanding in more then just van and pickup accessories were growing in every aspect we can. Our team here at Proppa are growing too! In both providing a better service for our customers, and also strengthening our experience from sales to admin and post management.

My passions and hobbies outside Proppa are Films, Music, Motorbikes and general Motorsport, playing my drum kit and guitar on the rare occasion and Skateboarding but I’m rubbish at it.
